Q1: How much do you charge for delivery?

Q1: How much do you charge for delivery?
The cost is dependent on what we are sending. Prices are usually worked out by weight and we normally include the cost of delivery in our quotes. You will also see the cost of delivery listed with the prices throughout our website.

Most items are sent via Inital City-Link, but smaller items will be sent through the Royal Mail.

Q2: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our standard time from paid order to delivery is 1 - 3 weeks. We will normally give you an estimated delivery date when you place your order. If you need your order quicker then let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Q3: Can I come and collect me delivery?
Yes of course you can.

Q4: Do you offer an express service if I need my order fast?
Yes and no. We don't offer an extra service that you have to pay more for, what we will do, if it is possible is to prioritise your order and try to meet the deadline you have. If we have to send it by an express delivery service then we would charge you the extra it will cost us to send. It is always best to phone us if you have an urgent deadline delivery. We do however ask customers not to abuse this service, please don't say you need it for Monday and only come for it the following Friday.

Q5: Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Yes we can arrange Saturday delivery when needed, please contact us for prices.
