Q1: Do you have a minimum order value?
or garment printing it is not normally cost effective for you to have less then 15 items, for less we would normally recommend transfers.

Q2: How do you need the artwork sending?
For screen printing we normally advise you sending your artwork as a vector file, more advice on how to do this can be found under are artwork section. We will always want to look at artwork before we guarantee to print a job and all quotes are subject to us viewing your artwork. If you design is very complicated or has tones (half tone) then we may need to charge more.

Q3: What are the advantages and disadvantages of screen printing?
The main advantages of screen printing is its cost effectiveness and it provides a good quality image with bright vibrant colours.

On garments its cost effective and enables you to produce larger images that embroidery can not.

The main disadvantage is that it tends not to be cost effective on short run works and you have a set up screen charge on first orders.

Q4: How should I care for my printed garments?
1. Always wash screen printed garments inside out.
2. Maximum washing temperature of 40 degrees.
3. Do not use bleach or harsh washing liquids or powders.
4. We don't recommend tumble drying, if you do so anyway then always turn the garment inside out and dry on a low heat.
5. Iron garments inside out.

Q5: What's the screen charge all about?
A screen charge is a one off charge for us putting your image onto a screen so it can be printed. Normally a screen charge will apply to each colour being printed. Its a one off charge and as long as you order the same printed design again within an 18 month period we will not normally charge you again.

The charge covers the cost of us putting your image onto the screen and not the screen itself. If you decided you wanted to go to someone else for your printing you would not be able to take the screen. Screens are reusable and we also have our own in-house re-meshing facilities so to further extend the frames life. This helps us keep our charges low and this is why are screen charges are low compared to some printers.
